A cruise shit recently capsized off the shore of Tuscany, and now records show that the captain of the ship made an "unauthorized deviation from the programmed course", a "human error" that resulted in disaster. The captain of the ship insists that the rock that took it down was not marked on his charts, and he was not too close to the shore anyway.

2. "Calif. killings suspect's dad also homeless"
A former Marine has been recently arrested as a suspect in the killing of four homeless men in California. Disturbingly, he went to visit his own father, also homeless, just days before being taken into custody, and showed him a photo of one of the victims in his effort to prove to his father how dangerous the streets are. His dad says that Itzcoatl Ocampo came back from serving in Iraq as "a changed man".

Kentucky law requires that horse-drawn buggies be marked with orange reflective triangles, and fines must be paid in order to get these reflectors. A group of Amish men has recently been arrested for refusing to pay because they claim the orange signs are "flashy" and "conflict with their pledge to live low-key and religious lives". The men don't care about their jail time and continue to refuse to pay, despite the reflectors being for their own safety, especially at night.
